25. Review of licence revocations etc.



(1) A person whose interests are affected by a decision of the Authority
amending, suspending or revoking a licence may apply to the Tribunal for
review of the decision.



(2) An application under subsection (1) for review of a decision of the
Authority may be made to the Tribunal at any time within the period of one
month after the receipt of a notice under section 24(4).

(3) This section does not apply in relation to a decision of the Authority
under the regulations which is prescribed by the regulations to be a
reviewable decision.
