Inspector's report and evidence may be used by any party

50. Inspector's report and evidence may be used by any party



(1) If an inspector produces a written report under section 48, the report is
evidence before the Tribunal.

(2) If an inspector conducts an examination under this Part, any party to the
dispute may call the inspector to give evidence during any proceedings before
the Tribunal.
