DOMESTIC BUILDING CONTRACTS ACT 1995 - SECT 49Q
Notice of compliance with payment under dispute resolution order(1) A person who has paid money in accordance with a dispute resolution order must give written notice to the chief dispute resolution officer and the builder or the building owner (as the case requires).
(2) The notice must be given within 2 business days after the payment is made.
