DOMESTIC BUILDING CONTRACTS ACT 1995 - SECT 46B
Conciliation rules(1) A conciliation officer must conduct a conciliation in accordance with the conciliation rules.
(2) A conciliation officer may issue directions to the parties to a dispute in accordance with the conciliation rules.

(3) The chief dispute resolution officer may approve conciliation rules for the conduct of conciliations under this Part.

(4) The chief dispute resolution officer must publish approved conciliation rules on Domestic Building Dispute Resolution Victoria's website.
