Party to dispute may ask for inspector to examine building works

44. Party to dispute may ask for inspector to examine building works



(1) This section applies if a dispute arises under a domestic building
contract.

(2) Any person who is a party to a dispute may ask the Commission to appoint
an inspector to examine whether or not the domestic building work performed by
the builder is defective.
