Fixtures and fittings are included in contract price

28. Fixtures and fittings are included in contract price

The cost of any fixture or fitting shown in the plans and specifications
included in a domestic building contract is to be taken as having been
included in the contract price unless-

   (a)  the contract states that the fixture or fitting is not included in the
        contract price; and

   (b)  the building owner places her, his or its signature or seal next to
        the statement.
