Regulations

135. Regulations



(1) The Governor in Council may make regulations for or with respect to-

   (aa) the exemption of persons or bodies or classes of persons or bodies, or
        buildings or classes of buildings, or contracts or classes of
        contracts, from all or any of the provisions of this Act or the
        regulations in any circumstances and subject to any conditions
        provided for in the regulations or determined by the Minister;

   (b)  generally prescribing any other matter or thing required or permitted
        by this Act to be prescribed or necessary to be prescribed to give
        effect to this Act.

(2) The regulations-

   (a)  may be of general or limited application; and

   (b)  may differ according to differences in time, place or circumstance.
