Additional functions of the Director

123. Additional functions of the Director

The Director may-

   (a)  provide information and advice concerning the operation of this Act
        and other matters of relevance to builders and building owners in any
        manner the Director considers appropriate; and

   (b)  prepare and publish suggested domestic building contracts, or terms
        suitable for inclusion in domestic building contracts.
