DOMESTIC ANIMALS ACT 1994 - SECT 84XH
Person must comply with order under section 84XA(1) A person who is subject to an order under section 84XA must comply with the order.
Penalty: 240 penalty units or imprisonment for 2 years.

(2) Nothing in this section affects the powers of the Magistrates' Court, or of the Supreme Court, in relation to contempt of court.
