DOMESTIC ANIMALS ACT 1994 - SECT 83
Seizure of dog or cat that does not comply with the registration requirements under ActA Council authorised officer may seize an unregistered dog or cat that is in the municipal district of the Council if the dog or cat is not able to be registered or have its registration renewed by the Council under this Act.
