DOMESTIC ANIMALS ACT 1994 - SECT 58J
Minister to hear proprietor or applicant(1) Before acting under section 58H, the Minister must give the Council an opportunity to make both oral and written submissions to the Minister.
(2) The Minister must take into consideration any submissions made to the Minister.
