DISABILITY ACT 2006 - SECT 85C
Lapsing of possession order and lapsing or cancellation of warrant of possession(1) A possession order is discharged if the person who obtained the order does not apply to the principal registrar for a warrant of possession within 6 months after the date of the order.
(2) A warrant of possession issued under section 85 lapses if it is not executed within the time stated in the possession order which must not exceed 30 days after the date of issue of the warrant.
(3) VCAT may at any time cancel a warrant of possession issued under section 85.
