Application to VCAT for possession order

83. Application to VCAT for possession order



(1) A disability service provider may apply to VCAT for a possession order for
a room if the disability service provider has given the resident a notice of
temporary relocation or a notice to vacate the room.

(2) An application under subsection (1) may be made at any time after the
notice of temporary relocation or the notice to vacate is given but not later
than 30 days after the termination date specified in the notice of temporary
relocation or the notice to vacate.
