What if 2 or more notices can be given?

79. What if 2 or more notices can be given?

If a person is or becomes entitled to give 2 or more notices of intention to
vacate or notices to vacate under this Division-

   (a)  the invalidity of any of the notices does not affect the validity of
        any other notice; and

   (b)  each valid notice has full force and effect.
