Residential charge

65. Residential charge



(1) A disability service provider may charge a residential charge for the
provision to a resident of residential services in a community residential
unit.

(2) The residential charge is to consist of an amount for the components which
are provided to the resident in accordance with the residential statement.

(3) The Secretary may make and publish guidelines with respect to residential
charges.
