Declaration of residential service as a community residential unit

64. Declaration of residential service as a community residential unit



(1) The Minister may by a notice published in the Government Gazette declare
a residential service to be a community residential unit.

(2) If a residential service declared to be a community residential unit is
managed by the Secretary, the Secretary is the disability service provider in
respect of that community residential unit for the purposes of this Division.
