Renewal of registration

42. Renewal of registration



(1) A registered disability service provider may apply to the Secretary for
renewal of registration as a disability service provider.

(2) An application for renewal of registration as a disability
service provider must be in the form approved by the Secretary.

(3) Unless revoked, the renewal of registration of a disability
service provider has effect for a period of 3 years or a longer period as
determined by the Secretary in each case.
