Annual report of community visitors

35. Annual report of community visitors



(1) The Community Visitors Board must as soon as practicable after the end of
each financial year but not later than the following 30 September, submit to
the Minister a report on the activities of community visitors during the
financial year.

(2) The Minister must cause the annual report of the community visitors to be
laid before the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly before the
expiration of the fourteenth sitting day of the Legislative Council or the
Legislative Assembly as the case may be after the annual report has been
received by the Minister.
