Matter may be referred

33. Matter may be referred

Without limiting the discretion of the Community Visitors Board to refer a
matter to any other person, the Community Visitors Board may refer a matter
reported by a community visitor to whichever of the following the Community
Visitors Board considers is the appropriate person to deal with that matter-

   (a)  the Secretary;

   (b)  the Disability Services Commissioner;

   (c)  the Senior Practitioner;

   (d)  the Ombudsman.
