DISABILITY ACT 2006 - SECT 207
Appointment of authorised officers(1) The Secretary may, by instrument, appoint as authorised officers any employees or class of employees employed under Part 3 of the Public Administration Act 2004 .
(2) The Secretary must not appoint a person as an authorised officer under this section unless the Secretary is satisfied that the person is appropriately qualified or has successfully completed appropriate training.
