Notice of decision to consider or not to consider complaint(1) Within 14 days of deciding not to consider a complaint, the Disability Services Commissioner must give written notice of the decision to the person who made the complaint.

(2) Unless section 120 applies, within 14 days after deciding to consider a complaint, the Disability Services Commissioner must give written notice of the decision to the service provider.
