47. Amendment of Limitation of Actions Act 1958



(1) In section 5(1)(a) of the Limitation of Actions Act 1958, after
"subsections" insert "(1AAA),".

(2) After section 5(1) of the Limitation of Actions Act 1958 insert-



"(1AAA) An action for defamation must not be brought after the expiration of 1
year from the date of the publication of the matter complained of.".
