DUTIES ACT 2000 - SECT 89Y
Cancellation of registration(1) The Commissioner may cancel the registration of a unit trust scheme at any time if the Commissioner is satisfied that a disqualifying circumstance within the meaning of section 89X has occurred in respect of that scheme.
(2) The Commissioner cancels the registration of a
unit trust scheme by giving written notice of cancellation to the trustee of
the scheme including the reasons for the cancellation.
