DUTIES ACT 2000 - SECT 52A

No duty is chargeable under this Chapter in respect of a transfer of dutiable property being an estate in fee simple to a joint government enterprise that has the function of allocating funds for water saving projects if the joint government enterprise acquires the property for the purposes of encouraging water efficiency measures.
