CHILDREN, YOUTH AND FAMILIES ACT 2005 - SECT 89
Appointment of investigator(1) If the Secretary decides under this Division that an independent investigation of an allegation is warranted, the Secretary may authorise a person to conduct that investigation.
(2) An authorisation must be in writing.
