Consideration by Secretary of report

85. Consideration by Secretary of report



(1) If the Secretary receives a report under section 81 or 82, the Secretary
may ask the following persons for more information about the allegation-

   (a)  the person who made the report; and

   (b)  the person about whom the allegation was made.

(2) A person may but is not required to provide any information requested of
the person under this section.
