CHILDREN, YOUTH AND FAMILIES ACT 2005 - SECT 72

The Privacy and Data Protection Act 2014 applies to a registered community service in relation to the collection and handling of information under this Act as if the registered community service were an organisation within the meaning of that Act.

Note

The Health Records Act 2001 may also apply to a registered community service.
