Performance standards

58. Performance standards



(1) The Minister may from time to time determine performance standards to be
met by community services.

(2) The Minister may determine different performance standards for different
categories of community services.

(3) The Minister must ensure that each performance standard is published in
the Government Gazette.

(4) A performance standard takes effect-

   (a)  on the day that is 30 days after the day that the performance standard
        is published in the Government Gazette; or

   (b)  if a later day is specified in the determination, on that later day.

(5) The Minister may, by determination published in the Government Gazette,
amend or revoke a performance standard.
