Revocation of registration

51. Revocation of registration

The Secretary may revoke the registration of a body as a community service if
the Secretary considers it appropriate to do so as a result of-

   (a)  a report from an authorised assessor under Division 5; or

   (b)  an inquiry under Division 5; or

   (c)  a recommendation of an administrator under Division 6.
