Registration

46. Registration



(1) The Secretary may register a body as a community service if the Secretary
is satisfied that the body-

   (a)  is established to provide services to meet the needs of children
        requiring care, support, protection or accommodation and of families
        requiring support; and

   (b)  will be able to meet the performance standards applicable to community
        services of that kind.

(2) A body may be registered in one or more of the categories of registration
set out in section 47.
