Agreements relating to use of Crown property

26. Agreements relating to use of Crown property



(1) The Secretary may refuse to grant an authority under section 25 until the
community-based child and family service, voluntary organisation, Department
head of the Government department, municipal council, person or body enters
into an agreement with the Secretary for the expenditure of money towards-

   (a)  the making of improvements, renovations or repairs on any land
        authorised by the Secretary to be used; or

   (b)  the improvement or repair of any equipment authorised by the Secretary
        to be used; or

   (c)  the provision of any equipment or materials to be used for the
        purposes of the Department.

(2) An agreement under this section is entered into by the Secretary for and
on behalf of the Crown.
