Disclosure of information for administrative purposes

20A. Disclosure of information for administrative purposes

Despite anything to the contrary in this Act, a person who discloses
information obtained in connection with the administration or execution of
this Act is not guilty of an offence if the disclosure is made in connection
with the administration or execution of this Act or regulations under this Act
