CHILDREN, YOUTH AND FAMILIES ACT 2005 - SECT 194
Who is an authorised officer?(1) The Secretary may authorise any person in a prescribed class of employees as an authorised officer for the purposes of this Division.
(2) An authorisation may be general or limited to specified functions.
