Commissioner's report

41. Commissioner's report



(1) The Child Safety Commissioner must submit an annual report on the
operation of this Part to the Minister on or before 31 December in each year.

(2) The Minister must cause a report received under subsection (1) to be laid
before each House of Parliament within 21 sitting days of that House after it
is received.
