Disclosure by Child Safety Commissioner

31. Disclosure by Child Safety Commissioner



(1) The Child Safety Commissioner may use and disclose to the Minister and the
Secretary any information acquired by the Child Safety Commissioner in
carrying out his or her functions under this Division.

(2) The Child Safety Commissioner may disclose to an authorised person any
information acquired by the Child Safety Commissioner that is relevant to
carrying out a function under this Division for which the person is authorised
under section 22.
