Assistance to be provided

28. Assistance to be provided

The Secretary to the Department of Justice must ensure that the Child Safety
Commissioner or an authorised person is provided with any assistance in
connection with the reasonable exercise of the Commissioner's functions under
this Division that the Commissioner reasonably requires.
