Access to records

26. Access to records



(1) The Child Safety Commissioner or any authorised person may have, and must
be given, access to the records kept by the Secretary to the Department of
Justice under the Working with Children Act 2005 in relation to the
administration of that Act.

(2) This section applies despite anything to the contrary in the Working with
Children Act 2005.
