Functions in relation to working with children

24. Functions in relation to working with children

The Child Safety Commissioner has the following functions in relation to
working with children-

   (a)  to review and report on the administration of the Working with
        Children Act 2005;

   (b)  in consultation with the Secretary to the Department of Justice, to
        educate and inform the community about that Act.
