Assistance to be provided

23. Assistance to be provided



(1) The Secretary must ensure that the Child Safety Commissioner or any
authorised person is provided with any assistance in connection with the
reasonable exercise of the Commissioner's functions that the Commissioner or
authorised person reasonably requires.

(2) The person in charge of an out of home care service must ensure that the
Child Safety Commissioner or any authorised person is provided with any
assistance in connection with the Commissioner's functions that the
Commissioner or authorised person reasonably requires.
