Authorised persons

22. Authorised persons



(1) The Child Safety Commissioner may authorise any person to assist the Child
Safety Commissioner in carrying out his or her functions.

(2) An authorisation may be general or limited to specified functions.

(3) The Child Safety Commissioner must not authorise a person under this
section unless the Child Safety Commissioner is satisfied that the person is
appropriately qualified or has successfully completed appropriate training.
