Powers

20. Powers

For the purpose of performing his or her functions, the Child Safety
Commissioner-

   (a)  has such powers as are conferred on him or her by this Act or any
        other Act; and

   (b)  may do all other things necessary or convenient to be done for or in
        connection with, or as incidental to, the performance of his or her
        functions.
