CHILD WELLBEING AND SAFETY ACT 2005 - SECT 16E

The Commission must liaise with regulators—

        (a)     to avoid unnecessary duplication in the oversight of the investigation of reportable allegations; and

        (b)     to share information and provide advice and guidance about the protection of children.
