Sub-committees

11. Sub-committees



(1) The Council, subject to the approval of the Minister, may appoint for the
purposes of carrying out any of its functions under this Part a sub-committee
consisting of such members as it determines together with such other persons
as it determines.

(2) A sub-committee appointed under this section must report to the Council.
