Service of documents by prosecutor

30. Service of documents by prosecutor

If by or under this Act the prosecutor is required or permitted to serve a
document on the defence at any time, the document must be taken to have been
duly served on the defence if it is sent by registered post addressed to the
legal practitioner for the accused at that legal practitioner's business
address.
