Complaints about legal practitioners

28. Complaints about legal practitioners

If, in the court's opinion, a legal practitioner for a party has failed to
comply with a requirement of this Act or an order made under this Act,
including an order or requirement under section 5, the court may make a
complaint about the legal practitioner's conduct to the Legal Service
Commissioner under Chapter 4 of the Legal Profession Act 2004.
