23. Parties must inform Juries Commissioner of certain events

It is a duty of each party to a criminal proceeding listed for trial before a
jury to inform the Juries Commissioner within the meaning of the
Juries Act 2000 as soon as practicable of any event of which the party becomes
aware that affects the question of whether or not or when a jury will be
required for the trial and the dates on which persons will be required to
attend for jury service.
