Judge's address to the jury
14. Judge's address to the jury
Immediately after the defence response to the prosecution opening or at any
other time the trial judge thinks appropriate, the trial judge may address the
jury on-
(a) the issues in the trial; or
(b) the relevance to the conduct of the trial of any admissions made,
directions given or matters determined prior to the commencement of
the trial.
