Defence response to prosecutor's opening

13. Defence response to prosecutor's opening



(1) In all trials before a jury the defence must, immediately after the
prosecution opening, present to the jury the defence response to the
prosecution opening prepared in accordance with Part 3.

(2) The trial judge may limit the length of the prosecution opening or the
defence response.
