38. Amendment of Magistrates' Court Act

In the Magistrates' Court Act 1989-

(a) in section 101(1)(b) for "section 108" substitute "Part 3 of the Courts
(Case Transfer) Act 1991";

(b) in section 101(2)(a) for "section 108" substitute "Part 3 of the Courts
(Case Transfer) Act 1991";

   (c)  in the heading to Division 4 of Part 5 omit "Transfers,";

   (d)  section 108 is repealed.
