Amendment of Supreme Court Act

36. Amendment of Supreme Court Act

In section 32 of the Supreme Court Act 1986-

   (a)  in subsection (1) for "subsection (3)" substitute "the Courts (Case
        Transfer) Act 1991 transferring the proceeding to a court with
        jurisdiction";

   (b)  subsections (2), (3), (4) and (5) are repealed.
